The Process.
Do you want a custom van build but don't know where to start? We have come up with a guide to help you know what to expect from a typical van build process. Please keep in mind that all van builds are custom to it's owner. Price points can vary depending on what your wants and needs are. This van build is completely custom to you! This whole process can take about 1-3 months. Note that we are open to you bringing us your van, or helping you buy a van.
Phase 1.
Click on the contact tab and fill out the guest questionnaire form. This will help us to have a general idea of what you are looking for in a van. After that, we will contact you to set up a meeting either over the phone or in person. We will discuss about the form you have submitted more in depth. Here you can share with us any mood boards, pinterest boards or photos. This will help us see what your style is like and what you are looking for in a van. From there, we will give you an approximate price point for the build. If you agree with the price point, we will then move to phase 2.
Phase 2.
This phase requires a more in depth planning on our end. Here we will be designing a floor plan, making a list of all materials and products along with pricing. Because of this, we will require a $300 fee. No worry though, this fee will go towards your overall cost of the van build. We will be creating a mood board along with samples (fabric, tiles, flooring etc.). This will help you visually see what will be in your van and what it would look like. We will present the plan to you and do any modifications if needed.
Phase 3.
Once floor plan is approved along with samples, we will then go ahead and start building your custom tiny home on wheels! We will require a 50% deposit in order for us to start. So sit back and relax. We will send you weekly/biweekly updates of our build and make sure you are in the loop!
Phase 4.
Two weeks before the van is completely finished, we will require the remaining balance. The van will available to you once full payment has been made. If picking up the van, please allow couple hours for us to give you a full van tour of your brand new home. We will be talking to you about every single detail and showing you how things work. If we are delivering, we do require a fee depending where you are in the states. Similarly, please allow couple of hours for an in-depth van tour after the van delivery.
